My name is Ruth Stenz. I was born in Asia and I have lived in Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. I came to Wisconsin from Texas in 1989. I have taught students ranging in age from three years to adults at the university level. This is my fifth year as a Family and Consumer Science teacher at Sheboygan North.
I enjoy teaching FCS at North because our classes offer students opportunities to participate in career pathways such as Culinary Arts, Visual Arts/ Design, Education, and Medical Occupations. Our FCS department offers fun and engaging electives as well as specific pathway training.
