Wellness Program Details

The program year runs from November 1 - October 31 every year. 

To be eligible for an incentive on your insurance premium share, eligible employees (and spouses) must complete at least an annual physical. The SASD health insurance covers ONE annual physical (preventative exam) per calendar year, not every 12 months. 

Additionally, completing the approved wellness activities of up to 40 points will help you achieve a lower share of the premium costs.
