Weight Room is an after-school program that encourages students to lead healthy and active lifestyles. The Weight Room is open September- May from 3:05 - 3:50. Students are able to use top-of-the-line fitness equipment like bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, various weight machines, and free weights to help improve their physical health. It is a drop in program so students can come and go as needed. It is a great way to hang out with friends while working out or getting in shape for a sport!
