Central High School is an innovative, project-based charter high school that is focused on real world results. Central High School prepares students for post-secondary education or job training and placement. A variety of learning formats allows students to choose a project-based or traditional format in flexible, individualized scheduling that successfully connects students to the real world.

North High School

At North High School, students, parents, staff and community members work together to provide equal opportunity for learners to attain their highest level of academic achievement, personal growth, and intellectual development in a safe and caring environment.

South High School

South High School

South High School has a multi-cultural student population. Students follow a Fled-Mod Schedule where classes are designed as large groups, medium groups, small groups, and labs. In the Flex-Mod structure, unstructured time allows students to meet with teachers or work independently in one of several department resource rooms, numerous computer labs, the IMC, various writing labs and open labs, or the Commons.

Sheridan Elementary School

Sheridan Elementary School is home to the Dual Language Program, an elementary academic program that is not available at other elementary schools in Sheboygan County. The Dual Language program offers academic instruction in both English and Spanish to students beginning in four-year-old kindergarten at the Early Learning Center or kindergarten through 5th grade at Sheridan. The program continues at Horace Mann Middle School.

Wilson Elementary School

Wilson Elementary School is a friendly neighborhood school with a dedicated staff committed to helping students succeed. Wilson has a long tradition of high student achievement, dating back to 2005 when the school was nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School. The teachers at Wilson Elementary School are dedicated to ensuring that each individual student is meeting and exceeding his or her academic goals.

Lake Country Academy is a non-instrumentality public charter school within the Sheboygan Area School District where all decisions are made on-site and specific to the design of the school. Our Founders chose a design that supported high academics and a virtuous environment.

4K Community Partnerships

4K Community Partnerships

The Sheboygan Area School District has partnerships with community organizations to offer four-year-old kindergarten (4K) programs that improve the preparation of young children for entrance into school and provides families with more flexibility in choosing a 4K program that meets the needs of their child.
