Families enrolling in the Sheboygan Area School District for the first time should contact their neighborhood school for assistance registering.
Parents or guardians with questions about registering their child(ren) or school boundaries may call the Central Office Census Department at (920) 459-3781 for assistance.
What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?
The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, name and phone number of your student’s doctor/dentist, medical information, and language information. After your student’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide a birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency to your student’s school.
To find out which schools serve a home address, use our interactive school boundary map to display the neighborhood schools for a local address.
