Online Learning: Sheboygan Area School District Continues to Offer Virtual Learning Options

February 7, 2022

The Sheboygan Area School District is committed to offering a virtual learning opportunity for any family that would like the option for their child. Currently, there are approximately 110 students enrolled in the virtual elementary school program, which serves students in kindergarten through 5th grade.

To be successful, virtual learning at the elementary level requires a partnership among the student, teacher, and family. A very flexible format allows families to choose when to complete assignments throughout the week. Students work through a rigorous online curriculum and can expect to work 3-4 hours a day within the program.

Our experienced, certified teachers provide personalized support for students. Live virtual meetings, both individual and in small groups, support student learning.

Enrollment in our virtual elementary school program requires a commitment of at least one Quarter. Learning devices are supplied by the Sheboygan Area School District.

If you are interested in this option for your child next year or would like to learn more, please contact Jason Duff at (920) 459-6493 or jduff@sasd.net.

💻 If you are a parent of a current virtual elementary student and would like your child to continue next school year, please complete this online form by Friday, February 11: Interest Form for current virtual elementary families

Middle and high school students interested in virtual learning can enroll at Warriner Middle School and Warriner High School. Both of these schools offer the option of all online coursework as well as blended learning options that combine both face-to-face and online learning. Learn more about Warriner Schools
