As part of the world culture curriculum, our little learners explore the country of Ethiopia. This learning effort blossomed out of an initial investigation years ago that led to an annual “Little Dresses for Africa” service learning effort. The project entails a multi-age effort of tie-dying pillow cases that are made into simple dresses that are shipped to Africa. This is true service learning in action!
