Dear Sheboygan Area School District families,
The Sheboygan Area School District Board of Education will hold a Special Session meeting Tuesday, August 31 at 6:00 p.m. in the South High School Commons. The sole purpose of the meeting is to discuss and take possible action on the district's COVID-19 mask requirements and mitigation strategies.
The meeting agenda is posted on the district website at https://www.sheboygan.k12.wi.us/about/board-of-education. The meeting will be accessible in-person, via a call-in number, or by joining the specific Google meeting. The access information can be found on the agenda.
There will be an opportunity for community members to share input with the Board. Please note, during this meeting, input will be limited to the specific topic of the district's COVID-19 mask requirements and mitigation strategies. Input on other matters can be sent to the Board via email or can be shared with the Board during their regularly scheduled meetings that take place on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
A follow-up communication will be sent out to all families after the Board Meeting to address any decisions made or actions the Board takes.
