Dear Sheboygan Area School District Parents and Caregivers,
As part of the district’s Long Range Plan, one of our longstanding goals has been continuous improvement for each school and refinement of the continuous improvement process. To help us accomplish this goal, we are conducting a parent survey to help us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
We are asking that all parents complete a short survey online at https://forms.hcg.com/f/41595690/45c0/
The survey is available in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Please complete one survey for each different school in which you have a child enrolled.
The survey will be collecting responses from November 10 through November 24, 2021.
Students in grades 3 - 12 and staff members will also receive an online survey to provide feedback about their experience with the Sheboygan Area School District. The student survey questions are linked below.
The surveys are being conducted by Studer Education, a division of Huron Consulting Group, Inc. Studer Education is renowned for its dedication to organizational excellence in both higher education and K-12 settings. Utilizing their services will provide results to help us identify our current standing. Analysis of and conversations about the results will then allow us to continue focusing on areas that are working well and define areas for improvement.
We strive to make our schools the best place for students to learn, for families to send their students for a quality education, and for staff to find purpose and make a difference. We greatly appreciate your assistance and support in completing the survey so that we can better understand the areas in which we are performing to your expectations and where we should provide additional focus.
