Online registration for the Sheboygan Area School District (SASD) free summer school program is now open! Parents can register in Skyward Family Access. This summer’s program offers classes, ranging from academics to the arts and everything in between for students entering 4K through 12th grade. Parents can register online for the academic summer school options, as well as enrichment courses.
Students entering four-year-old kindergarten (4K) can sign up for Get Ready for 4K, which includes games, crafts, outdoor activities, and more at the Early Learning Center.
Students entering kindergarten through 2nd grade can sign up for Summer Fun sessions, which are offered at Lincoln-Erdman Elementary and Horace Mann Middle School. Students will participate in games, crafts, outdoor activities, and more!
Elementary school students can choose from Elementary Enrichment Opportunities like Fishing, Camp Craft, Geocaching, Spanish, sports, and more. Courses are offered throughout the district.
Middle and high school students have exciting options, such as Rocketry & Flight, Let’s Cook, Staining & Stenciling, Chinese, music, and a variety of sports.
Families will use Skyward Family Access to register their child(ren) for summer school classes. Directions are posted on the summer school website.

Free Summer Swimming Lessons
Free summer swimming lessons are also offered through the Community Recreation Department as part of the SASD summer school program. Registration opens Monday, May 5 through the Rec Dept's online registration system. More information about swimming lessons can be found on the Community Recreation Department's website at www.sheboyganrec.com.
Any questions about swimming lessons can be directed to the Rec Dept office at 459-3773.
Free Summer Meals
School Nutrition will be offering free breakfast and lunch this summer at select summer school sites. Meals are available to any child 18 years old and younger. No registration or identification is needed to participate! Following USDA regulations, all meals will be served on-site and must be eaten at the school location.
