Sheboygan Area School District charter school Sheboygan Leadership Academy (SLA) was recently chosen by a group of North High School students in the Educators Rising organization to receive a new Sensory Walk in their Student Services Hallway. Sensory walks can help children with self-regulation and problem-solving, and can also be just plain fun. The design and plans for this project were created by North High School Junior Brooke Hess. 

Special Education teacher Krista Everson shared, “The kids have been loving it. I am so happy to have this tool to use!”
