Activities at Pigeon River School

Learning takes place at Pigeon River School outside of the classroom as well. The activities listed provide our students and families with opportunities to have fun while developing new friendships and skills.


Fifth Grade Sports Day

Each May, fifth grade students from across the district come together at the South High School track for a day of fun and competition at Fifth Grade Sports Day.


Green Gang Environmental Club

An after-school club for students in the upper grades, where members meet once per month to explore and learn about the environment, while fostering a connection to and respect for nature.



The Bee Buck JamborBEE is a yearly event in which the students at Pigeon River can show their responsible, respectful, and safe behaviors while participating in fun, engaging activities.

Student Council engages 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students in leadership roles at school.
