An advanced, faster paced stop/cardio class that will keep you moving. This class will offer a total body workout consisting of athletic and rhythmic step moves, athletic cardio moves, as well as strength training legs, arms, and abs. TNT is a personal exercise program that uses dumbbells, dyna bands, and your own body weight to get a full body workout. Personal because you choose the weight that is appropriate for you to start to build strength. Use TNT as a preventative to age related conditions such as falling/balance issues, osteoporosis (build strong bones), improves mental health and mood, lowers risk of heart disease and diabetes--gives you an overall better quality of life.
