The Rec Dept will be sponsoring free supervised drop in "open mat time" in the North High Wrestling Room (just off the cafeteria). This open mat time will be supervised by volunteers from the SASD Middle School Wrestling program, Team Excel, and NHS/SHS wrestling enthusiasts.
