January 25, 2022 - Board of Education meeting
Three submissions were received and shared with the Board of Education in an open meeting. The Board of Education met in closed session to discuss negotiation strategies.

North Taylor Development, LLC and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin invited to give public presentations of their proposal.

The Board of Education authorized the administration to pursue a sales offer from Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin. Once the Sheboygan Area School District receives the official offer, a public input session will be scheduled to share and discuss the purchase agreement and the use of the land.
April 19, 2022 - Public Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the North High School Commons
A Public Meeting was held to present the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement from Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin. This meeting included an opportunity for public comment on the proposed development and the purchase agreement. To be as informative and responsive as possible, board members and administrators will answer questions or address comments throughout the public input part of the meeting.
No action was taken by the Board of Education at this meeting. This item will be placed on a future agenda and will be listed below when scheduled.
April 26, 2022 - Board of Education Meeting
The Board of Education took action in an open meeting to approve the purchase agreement.
October 25, 2023 - Final closing on sale of property.
