SHS Band Boosters Sponsor Upcoming Spring Swing '25 Event at 3 Sheeps Brewing Company

March 28, 2025

The Sheboygan South Band Boosters are sponsoring a classic swing-era big band dance on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, at 3 Sheeps Brewery. Spring Swing ’25 is a swing dance that will begin at 7:00 p.m. with live music provided by the Sheboygan South High School Jazz I and Jazz II Ensembles' talents and the regionally renowned Paul Sucherman’s Doghouse Big Band. A variety of swing and jazz music will be played non-stop until 10:30 p.m. with lots of room to kick up and swing. Plenty of seating will be available if you’d rather just watch and listen. This is the 18th year Sheboygan South has offered this to the community.

South Band Director Wade Heinen stated, "I am so excited to have our Spring swing dance back at 3 Sheeps! The venue continues to be exceptional for hosting local musical talent and the kids have been working hard to once again represent their community with exceptional jazz music. Collaborating with my mentor, Paul Sucherman, and his big band will bring some top musicians from the region into town as well."

The dance is free and open to the public. Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Please join us for a swingin’ good time celebrating the music from our community!
