Dr. Jacob Konrath, Superintendent of Schools

Dr. Jacob Konrath began his role as Superintendent on July 1, 2024.

Dr. Konrath has been a respected and valued employee of the Sheboygan Area School District for 18 years. He served as a Business and Information Technology Teacher at Riverview Academy (now Central High) and as Principal at Central High School and Warriner Schools before moving into district-wide leadership roles as Coordinator of Assessment, New Programs, and Charter Schools, Director of Student and Instructional Services, and then Assistant Superintendent of Student and Instructional Services.

Dr. Konrath earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership from Marquette University.

Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for 28th Student-Built House

September 9, 2025

North and South High School students, staff, and guests attended a Groundbreaking Ceremony for House Construction Project 2025 on Tuesday, September 9. This is the 28th home that will be built by SASD students enrolled in Career & Technical Education classes from Sheboygan North and Sheboygan South High Schools.
