Mr. Seth Harvatine has been the Superintendent since July 1, 2018. He has been a valued member of the Sheboygan Area School District for over 20 years, working as an Instructional Technology Trainer/Curriculum Specialist, Principal at Cleveland Elementary School and Longfellow Elementary School, before working in the Central Administration Building as a Director of Instructional Services and then Assistant Superintendent of Student and Instructional Services. Prior to working in the Sheboygan Area School District, Mr. Harvatine was a classroom teacher in Manitowoc Public Schools.
The Farnsworth Middle School International Club is devoted to learning about the cultures and customs of the world while providing a social outlet for students who share these interests. Sometimes those interests provide batteries that support children in school on the other side of the world.
Cooper Elementary, Grant Elementary, and James Madison Elementary Schools are among 107 schools statewide selected as Wisconsin Title I Schools of Recognition in the Beating-the-Odds category for the 2019-2020 school year.
Two North High teachers, two North High students, and one South High student are the recipients of Herb Kohl Foundation scholarships or awards.
