Is there a black screen but you still have a tiny power light glowing from the right side of your Chromebook? IF so, you may only have a 'frozen' Chromebook. Try holding down the power key for about 20 seconds. Keep holding until you see the light go off. Wait 15 seconds and try to power up your Chromebook again.

Students should bring their damaged Chromebook to the North Help Desk, located in the library (room235) to be repaired or replaced. Quarantined students please call the Help Desk at 920.803.7695, to make arrangements for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE: Your school Gmail accounts will remain active for 1 year after your graduation date. If you would like to transfer any items from your school Google account to a personal account see the Help Desk page on Google Takeout/transfer.
