Polaris Yearbook and Senior Photos

Pay by check or cash to Mrs. Diven in Room 242, or to Mrs. Baeza in the financial/activities office. Checks made out to Sheboygan North High, please include your student’s name in the memo line.

1. Purchase a 2023-2024 Yearbook - CLICK HERE
2. Search and locate “Sheboygan North”
3. Click “Buy Yearbook”
4. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase online, your student will automatically be entered
   into the database.

Mrs. Diven in room 242. Pay $30 down, and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance the following two months. Any books not paid in full by January 15. will be canceled and collected funds will be returned.

Please consider the following when choosing a photo.

- All photos are displayed vertically in the yearbook. Horizontal photos will be cropped to fit the vertical layout.
- Polaris staff and advisors reserve the right to reject any photo deemed to contain inappropriate content or dress.
- Photos should be a relatively tight shot of the senior. Photos with pets, cars, boats, etc. are strongly discouraged.
- All photos/CDs emails should be labeled and will not be returned unless specifically requested.
- Questions regarding senior photos should be directed to Polaris Senior Section Editors at nhsseniorpics@sasd.net or Publications advisor Mrs. Diven.

OPTION ONE: Email
- Email an electronic file of your senior photo to nhsseniorpics@sasd.net
- Electronically submitted photos should be of a high-resolution preferably 300 dpi or higher.
- Inadequately sized photos will need to be replaced by a higher resolution file.
- Include your name in the image file.

OPTION TWO: A CD or DVD
- A CD or DVD may be turned in to the general office or turned in to room 242 during normal school hours.
- Electronic submitted photos should be of a high-resolution preferably 300 dpi or higher.
- Inadequate sized photos will need to be replaced by a higher resolution file.
- Include your name in the image file.
- Write your name on the CD/DVD.

OPTION THREE: Hard Copy
- Hard copies of senior photos can be turned into room 242 from 7:45-3:30. Photos should be given directly to Mrs. Diven.
- Hard copies can also be dropped off in Mr. Diven's mailbox in the general office.
- Using permanent marker, write your name on the back of the photo.
