Athletic & Activities Code, Policies & Forms

In order to participate in any sport, you must complete these three steps:

1. Complete the online form: 2025-26 South Student Athletics/Activities Sign Up
2. Turn in a physical card or an alternate year physical card to the South Activities Office.
3. Pay fee for sports in the South Activities Office or via Skyward.

Co-Curricular Code

The co-curricular activities code is a policy of the Sheboygan Area School District Board of Education. Students choosing to participate in a co-curricular activity must attend a "code" meeting once per year with a parent or guardian. They must also read, sign, and agree to follow the policy as published.
